bamamanreturns, i realize this may be a difficult concept to understand but “zero” refers to man-made emissions. you see the gigantic natural carbon cycle has been in balance and our man-made emissions are throwing it out of balance…. so zero carbon means more rainforests, more borreal forest in our effort to regain our lost balance. get it?

If our nation’s fail to do anything, and there is no artic sea-ice, and melting permafrost in the next 2 decades, what radical steps could still be taken? Geoengineering? Humans only surviving in a few northern latitude countries?
I want to do everything I can to make an impact to stop climate change, but I feel so insignifigant against this kind of news.
