I’ve now asked a couple of folks with Macs and it seems they can open the Word document. So please Mac users – download away!

This is so good. Getting a “standard” to go by is the critical part of getting started. The clock is ticking, and even those living in denial will soon be looking for instruction — even if they download and respond in a dark moment after midnight.
